The SHAPE Automation Trust Index, or SATI, is one of four questionnaires used in the SHAPE process. This process, known as Solutions for Human Automation Partnerships in European ATM, aims to enhance collaboration between humans and automation in air traffic management. SATI specifically focuses on assessing trust levels in automation systems. By gathering feedback through this questionnaire, stakeholders can identify areas for improvement and foster a better partnership between operators and automated solutions.
