The term “Non-Normal Checklist” often refers to what is also called an “Emergency and Abnormal Checklist.” Regardless of the name, the information must be replicated exactly from the Operations Manual (OM). While the procedures can be presented differently for easier reference, they must adhere closely to the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM). Some of these checklists may include memory items, which are clearly highlighted for quick recall. Additionally, both the Non-Normal Checklist and the Emergency and Abnormal Checklist can be found in the Quick Reference Handbook (QRH).
